We ask that you do not send portrait photos if you have ordered a square size. Make sure the photo is of high quality, otherwise the painting will be blurry. If we have received a photo in the wrong size, we have to crop it to fit the painting. There is then a risk that parts of the photo disappear. Be careful with shadows and sunlight in the photo, these can change the colors of your diamond painting. Always upload the largest possible photo for best results!
